Description of Practice/Services Offered: 

I offer individual psychotherapy to adults and adolescents, and couples therapy as well. My expertise is in Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral approaches and I integrate aspects of Mindfulness also.

My areas of focus include: anxiety, depression and mood disorders, relationships, trauma/PTSD, creativity, career/work transitions, living with illness, LGBTQ affirmative therapy, grief and loss.

I also offer clinical supervision and consultation to practicing mental health professionals, including pre-licensed clinicians.
