Description of Practice/Services Offered

My Approach: Life can sometimes feel complicated and overwhelming, leaving us to feel lost or uncertain as to which way to turn. While we cannot erase old messages, traumatic events or actions, we can heal parts of ourselves in order to live an emotionally balanced and full life. As an eating disorder psychodynamic therapist I believe in a collaborative approach to treating clients. You don’t have to feel trapped by depression, anxiety, compulsive thoughts, addiction and pain.

My work focuses on understanding the personal link between behaviors and feelings in order to repair and live an emotionally and physically healthy life. My use of DBT, mindfulness, inter-personal and relational dynamics offers room to swim in and out of one’s past and present in order to clear out space for new relationships.
