Description of Practice/Services Offered

Areas of expertise include interpersonal and attachment issues, work-life balance, loss and bereavement, coping with transitions, self-harming behaviors, and first psychotic breaks. Although I work primarily from a psychodynamic perspective, when I find it to be clinically relevant, appropriate, and beneficial for the patient I incorporate elements from CBT and DBT.
