Clinical Psychologist in private practice.
Description of Practice/Services Offered
I work with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with mental health issue who at times engage in both self-sabotaging behaviors and self-injurious acts. Areas of expertise include interpersonal and attachment issues, work-life balance, loss and bereavement, coping with transitions, self-harming behaviors, and first psychotic breaks. Although I work primarily from a psychodynamic perspective, when I find it to be clinically relevant, appropriate, and beneficial for the patient I incorporate elements from CBT and DBT.
